Wisol’s Sigfox Module Business will move to SEONGJI Industrial Co.,LTD (SEONGJI) from 1st/April.

• All Manufacturing Assets, Goodwill  and  Human Resource of WISOL’s IoT BU move to SEONGJI together to manufacture the current Sigfox modules without EOL(End of Line) and without Business Condition.
• Glyn will continue as the distributor. Any modules ordered will be manufactured by Wisol until 30th/June during the process change and once production is fully transferred then they will be sold asSEONGJI from 1st/July with the same module part number thereafter.
• Glyn may have Wisol branded stock for some time thereafter for those customers who are purchasing less than full reel quantities as we exhaust our stock.
• Because module part number will not be changed, there is no concern about re-certification.
