Nordic Thingy:91 Multi-sensor cellular IoT prototyping kit supporting LTE-M, NB-IoT, GPS and Bluetooth Low Energy
Nordic Semiconductor Thingy:91™ Multi-sensor Prototyping Kit is ideal for kick-starting a cellular Internet of Things project using the nRF9160 system in package (SiP). Thingy:91 is built around the nRF9160 SiP that allows cellular and Bluetooth® testing. Thingy:91 is similar to Nordic's Thingy:52, but it can perform cellular tests in addition to Bluetooth. Thingy:91 is used in applications such as logistics and asset tracking, metering, and wearables. The dedicated radio system can support LTE-M and Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) technologies in addition to global positioning (GPS). The nRF9160 SiP integrates a full front-end RF system in addition to a complete power management system.
