2G -GSM/GPRS Modems

Whilst 2G is being switched off in Australia and the USA, it is still the technology of choice for low data IoT communication in New Zealand (Vodafone or 2 Degrees only), most of Asia and Africa, and also Europe. As it is the most cost effective solution when compared to 3G and 4G, 2G is still a worthwhile consideration when deploying in these regions.
